It makes sense that many of our clients have gone on to build their second or third homes with us.
Mike said he maintained relationships with most of his clients because they knew they could trust him. “They appreciate the honest advice I give them,’ he said. “I don’t always tell them what they want to hear, I tell them the truth and in the long run that’s always a beneficial thing.”
Our team recently hosted some of our valued clients at the Annual 2017 Master Builders Association Housing Excellence Awards at Crown.
On the night we were delighted to have two of our client’s amazing homes from Shelley & Applecross announced as finalists ‘2017 Bankwest Top Home’ Award.
Building on the success of previous years where, in the 25 years the Master Builders Association Top Home Award has been distributed, Brian Burke Homes has taken it out 12 times. We have also had the privilege of being awarded the nation’s top accolade for National Master Builder of the Year in 2012.
We were also very pleased that our extremely fastidious, incredibly patient, passionate and proud craftsmen were recognised with the ‘Silver Trowel’ & ‘Excellence in Painting’ Awards for our client’s Shelley & Applecross homes.
